Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Texas Weather Policy: Mobile detailing is highly dependent on weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat index, or freezing temperatures), ATX Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our technicians and your vehicle. No cancellation fees will apply in this scenario. Pre-Inspection: Our technicians will perform a walk-around inspection of the vehicle before starting any work. We document all pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, torn leather, cracked windshields, loose trim, etc.) via digital photos. Liability: ATX Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic damage. We are not liable for loose or degraded parts that break or detach during a standard, safe cleaning process (such as weathered plastic trim or peeling clear coat). Clear Out Items: Please remove all personal items, valuables, money, and electronics from the vehicle before our arrival. ATX Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. Car Seats: For safety and liability reasons, we will not re-install child safety seats after cleaning the upholstery. We will clean around them, or remove them to clean underneath, but the client must properly secure the car seat back into the vehicle. Excessive Soiling: Heavily soiled vehicles—including excessive pet hair, mold, mildew, bodily fluids (vomit, blood, urine), or heavy mud—require specialized safety gear and extra time. Upcharges: If a vehicle requires biohazard or extreme cleaning that was not disclosed during booking, an additional fee ranging from $50 to $150+ will be applied. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous. Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of the detailing service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and [Insert other payment methods like Zelle/Venmo]. Final Walk-Through: We conduct a final inspection with you upon completion. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the detail, you must notify the technician before they leave the premises so we can fix it immediately. We do not offer refunds once the technician has departed.
