I have been coming to Ashton Sports Therapy now for just under 2 months. Qi has been incredible with her amazing knowledge and techniques. Within 2 months I’ve gone from having a grade 3 ligament tear on my ankle, being on crutches and in a boot to be able to walk and jump without any pain. I can’t recommend Qi and Ashton Sports Therapy enough!

I contacted Qi after a toe fracture, and I was struggling with flared muscle pain in pelvis back my legs (which is an older issue that had flared after the toe fracture). 

In the session Qi did a lot of hands on work on my toe, my leg, she showed  me how to stretch out my pelvis too. 

We used different equipment, advised me where to purchase equipment and what I can do at home to help myself. 

She gave me a lot of support, direction , exercises after the session too. 

I am very happy with the treatment with Qi, she was very understanding and knowledgeable about my injury.
Everything was explained and the treatment was 1st class.

Excellent service. Qi was professional, friendly and thorough in her pre-treatment questions.
During my first appointment, Qi performed massage and acupuncture, provided some follow-up excess to help with symptom relief, and spent time going through them to make sure I understood how to perform them properly.

Went to see Qi yesterday for my rotator cuff injury, been doing my physio for three months now and my movement has improved but wow after one session with Qi (she did massage and acupuncture) I slept so well last night and the pain when I woke up this morning was no near as bad, and the movement I have is amazing, looking forward to my next session ❤️

Having tried NHS physiotherapists before and giving up after being given a big clunk of generic exercises to do that I decided to try something different. 
After reading all the great reviews I picked here as it’s also very convenient location wise. 
I was not disappointed. The whole session was educational and helped spot a lot of things just from my posture. I had a short personalised treatment and I walked away feeling more aligned and not pulling to one side. Will be coming back for more!

I went to Qi with recurring knee pain, she was very knowledgeable and helpfu. She gave me exercises and stretches to help but during the appointment looked at the whole picture and focussed a lot on my hips also. Her massages and acupuncture have really been helping me and the information she shares via email after, for you to work on at home are super helpful also. I definitely recommend! Thank you Qi xx 

Qi  fit me in at short notice as I was having problems with my upper back and neck. She was able to quickly identify the issue and target the area easing the tension and pain. A day later and I have so much more mobility, less pain and feel so much better. Qi has also sent me some stretching exercises to help strengthen the muscles and reduce further issues. She is friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend. 

I visited today with a shoulder injury, I was impressed with the professional but relaxed treatment.

I was seen at very short notice with an extremely painful back.
I was assessed and treated  and with two treatments felt much better within two weeks. The exercises helped a great deal.
Qi is extremely competent, patient, understanding and professional.

 I’ve had a knee problem for a while now so I booked in with chi and after an initial consultation to figure out my problem ( over stretched ligament ) we were able to set in motion a set of exercises and some manipulation and acupuncture to ease the tension around my knee in order for it to start healing … 
I’ve had a couple of trips to the clinic now to keep on top of the situation and I can honestly say she’s been absolutely amazing in knowing why and what treatment to give me

I found this practice whilst looking for an alternative to the woeful NHS Ascenti app based program.
Qi is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I began to see an improvement in my symptoms after just one appointment. 
Acupuncture  has been extremely helpful to me in the past but is a treatment I know I'm very unlikely to be offered by my GP.  Finding someone who can combine this with traditional physiotherapy was very important.
At present I would  highly recommend this practice.  

I first visited after completing a 35 mile walk. The sports massage that I received was really beneficial. Qi is extremely knowledgeable. From that appointment I discussed my posture concerns and booked in for another session. Once again Qi was really helpful and knowledgeable; she performed fire cupping and acupuncture, as well giving me some strengthening exercises. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

I went to see Qi about Tendentious which was causing me issues when walking. Not only did treat the problem but explained why it happened and gave me deep tissue massage and followed up with exercises  I  could do at home.  I would higkt recommend her and clinic

Been suffering from heel pain since April and after several GP visits, misdiagnoses and subsequent ineffective physio sessions I turned to Qi/Ashton Sports Therapy. After just a couple of sessions Qi understood what the issue was and carried out the appropriate treatment and exercises. I'm (very) happy to report that the issue is  now being succesfully treated and I hope to return to my usual activies quite soon. I can't recommend Qi highly enough.
