With over 20 years of experience in the treatment and prevention of injury, the clinic offers physical therapy for back pain, RSI, sports injuries, muscular and joint pain. Body mechanics therapy addresses the underlying posture, body use and misalignment that may leave you vulnerable to injury. Treating pain and injury by balancing the musculoskeletal system with remedial exercise, clinical massage techniques and posture correction, alongside therapeutic electricals like ultrasound. Looking for something a little bit more relaxing? Enjoy the soothing heat and relaxing touch of hot stone massage, or treat your self to one of our rejuvenating treatments with luxurious Neals Yard oils. Ginger and juniper warming hand massage

This aromatic blend of warming oils is perfect for a comforting, soothing hand massage. First your hands will be dipped in warm paraffin wax which nourishes the skin while your arms are gently softened and relaxed. Then after the wax is removed every joint in your hands and wrists are massaged, soothed and eased with the warming sensation of this luxury oil.

Soothing foot massage

Using the Neals Yard soothing blend which boasts bergamot, lavender and geranium in a nourishing jojoba base, this relaxing foot treatment is fragrant, nourishing and deeply relaxing. First your feet are dipped in warm paraffin wax while your lower legs are soothed with relaxing oils and gentle hands. When the wax is removed the oil is worked in to every bit of your feet, soothing tired aching joints and easing the muscles. The oils are deeply replenishing, leaving your feet soft & supple, with the moisture locked in.
