It is mandatory to book a consultation first If you have not had a colouring/highlighting appointment with us before or want to change what you normally get done. We respectfully ask if you need to cancel your appointment, that you give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% charge of the service in which you've booked. Same Day cancellations (Less then 12 hours) & no shows will be subject to 100% charge of the service in which you’ve booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reduce your appointment accordingly or even reschedule.
