Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-show up. However, if you reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before the appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. You can move your appointment maximum 2 times. If the services cost less than £99 + VAT.. You will be charged our minimum charge per visit which is £99 + VAT. S Line Cleaning takes responsibility for any damage that can be directly linked to the services provided. This must be claimed in a written notice to office@slinecleaning.co.uk within maximumr 24 hours after the service has been performed. We cannot guarantee that all the stains or smells will come out. We cannot take responsibility for any previous damages. The company does not move furniture or personal items. All rooms should be prepared so the cleaning operative can clean without the need to move furniture or items. Upon request the cleaning operative may move small items of furniture or goods, but these items must be easily manageable and the Client must accept the risk for any items damaged during this process. Please Note, we will not remove any electrical items such as TV’s etc. We reserve the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well-being of our operatives. The Company shall not be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. Any attempt to commit insurance fraud or any use of false information to commit any type of fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law together by the Company and the Insurance Provider(s). Monetary compensation as well as legal fees may incur. All pets must be stored in a room that the cleaning operative has no reason to enter for the duration of the clean. Cleaning operatives will require access to a kitchen for clean water and to at least one bathroom to dispose of dirty water. This should be considered before storing said animal. If any animal escapes due to these conditions not being met the company cannot be held responsible. Liability 1. The Company shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred by the Client arising from or in any way connected with: 2. Late arrival of Company operatives at the service address. The Company endeavors to be on time on any visit but sometimes due to transport related and other problems which are beyond the Company’s control, the Company operative’s may arrive with a delay or the cleaning visit may be re-scheduled. 3. Any existing damage to Clients property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages etc. which cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaning operative using the industry standard cleaning methods. 4. The Company shall not be liable for carpets expanding or ripples forming during and/or after the cleaning when this is as a result of factors such as fibre content, wear and tear, weak backing and/or poor fitting. 5. The Company shall not be responsible for a poor result in cleaning where this is a result of considerable wear and tear and/or staining to the carpet fibres prior to the service being carried out. 6. The Company shall not be liable for any odours arising during and/or after cleaning when this is due to factors such as, lack of ventilation, and/or appropriate heating. The client understands that he/she is not entitled to any refunds. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning service provided and a complaint has been placed in the stated 24 hours after the job has been completed, the Company reserves the right to return a cleaner and re-clean any areas to Client’s satisfaction. Therefore the Client must allow the cleaner to be returned and he/she should be at present at all times during the re-clean visit.
