Appointments & Scheduling Appointments are by reservation only. Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Lovos Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, ethical, or professional reasons. Payment A non refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The remaining balance is due in the studio at the time of service. Payment is non-refundable and applied toward the scheduled session. We also accept: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows By booking an appointment with Lovos Massage, you agree to these terms. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the $25 deposit is non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or refusal of service, as it may impact subsequent appointments. No-shows will result in the $25 deposit being non-refundable. Scope of Practice Massage therapy services provided are for relaxation, stress reduction, and therapeutic purposes only. Lovos Massage does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace medical care. Clients are encouraged to consult a physician for medical concerns. Client Health & Disclosure Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancies prior to each session. Lovos Massage is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed or inaccurate health information. Consent & Draping Informed consent is required prior to treatment. Proper draping will be used at all times in accordance with professional standards. Clients may request adjustments or stop the session at any time. Professional Boundaries & Zero-Tolerance Policy Any sexual, inappropriate, or suggestive behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the session. Full payment will still be required, and future appointments may be refused. Minors Lovos Massage provides services to clients 18 years of age and older only. No minors are permitted under any circumstances. Confidentiality All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared except as required by law. Refunds & Gift Certificates Massage services are non-refundable once rendered. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. Sanitation & Safety Lovos Massage follows strict sanitation and hygiene practices. Clients experiencing contagious illness may be asked to reschedule. Liability Release By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of massage therapy and release Lovos Massage and its therapist(s) from liability except in cases of gross negligence. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service Lovos Massage reserves the right to refuse or end a session at any time for safety, health, or ethical concerns. - By scheduling or receiving services from Lovos Massage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies and terms.
