We welcome you (the parent), to come in for baby needs every 3 weeks for repeat baby needs. If you have someone else coming for pickup, we need their photo identification and if it’s the first time you apply for any needs, please bring or post on Goldie, your photo identification and a photo of your child’s birth certificate, a photo of any WIC approval, and your child’s birthdate. Also list what you need such as: size clothes, new baby layette, baby soap, diaper cream, socks, hat, outerwear, formula type, bedding, blanket, bibs, bottles, etc. We have baby clothing, newborn to 2 Toddler (24 months). 💕

We can test a urine sample when you come in. Also, bring your photo identification, the date of your last period, and any questions or concerns you have. Free Ultrasound

Free Ultrasound

- Must have our free pregnancy test done in our office (with date of your last period), prior to your ultrasound appointment. - Must have a full bladder (so 1 hour before your ultrasound, drink at least 4-eight ounce glasses (32 ounces or 1 quart) of any liquid (NO caffeine drinks because they can cause bladder contractions). The Technician will apply warm gel (similar to hair styling gel), to your belly, and use a transducer, (a small device similar to a microphone), to scan over the location of the ultrasound to help the sound waves to painlessly get from the machine into your body by bouncing off the scanned area to create echoes that are reflected back to the transducer, which converts them to electronic signals. A computer then processes the signals into pictures and shows them on a television monitor you can see! A picture is available to take with you.
