We welcome you (the parent), to come in for baby/child needs every 3 weeks. First time, fill in the requested info & photos on Goldie. If you have someone else coming for pickup, we need their photo identification, phone number, relationship to you, and reason why they are coming for you. LIST SPECIFIC NEEDS: Ex: specifics (size, sex of child/children/newborn, type of, etc.). if have a new baby (for a free layette), baby clothes size/boy or girl, baby soap, diaper cream, socks, hat, outerwear, formula type, bedding, blanket, bibs, bottles, etc. Le invitamos (a usted, como padre o madre) a acudir cada tres semanas para obtener artículos necesarios para su bebé o hijo(a). La primera vez, por favor proporcione la información y las fotografías solicitadas a través de Goldie. Si otra persona acudirá a recoger los artículos en su lugar, necesitamos su identificación con fotografía, número de teléfono, el parentesco que tiene con usted y el motivo por el cual acude a recogerlos. - We will do a free same day or previous day’s pregnancy test before your ultrasound appointment-. - need a full bladder: 1 hour before your appointment, drink 4-eight ounce glasses (1 quart) of any liquid (NO caffeine drinks). The Technician will apply warm gel (like hair gel), to your belly, use a transducer to scan over the location of the ultrasound helping the sound waves to painlessly get from the machine into your body by bouncing off the scanned area, creating echoes reflected back & converted to electronic signals which the computer processes into pictures you can see and take with you!
