Policy and Terms

Booking Policy iLashes by Jo requires a 50% deposit to secure appointments for new clients or clients who haven’t booked in 3 months. Failure to provide a deposit within 5 business days will result in the cancellation of the appointment. Deposits can be made in person or online (BOSVG or GECCU). Please WhatsApp 784 5939315 for banking details. By scheduling an appointment with iLashes by Jo, you agree to the following terms: Clients must arrive wearing a mask and refrain from wearing makeup or waterproof mascara. No company is permitted during appointments. Clients are advised to avoid ponytails or buns during services. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals will result in cancellation of appointment with the option to reschedule. * Deposits are non refundable. Thank you for understanding and complying with our policy.
