By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following: 📸 Photo & Video Consent Photos/videos of your hair may be taken and used by Spur & Mane by Jess for social media, marketing, and portfolio purposes. No compensation will be provided. Reply NO PHOTOS if you do not consent. 💼 Personal Property Spur & Mane by Jess is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the salon (clothing, jewelry, bags, phones, vehicles, etc.). 💇‍♀️ Service Acknowledgment Hair services involve inherent risks and results may vary. You confirm all hair history and allergies have been disclosed and release Spur & Mane by Jess from liability related to results or maintenance. 👶 Minors For clients under 18, a parent/legal guardian consents to all services and accepts financial responsibility. ⏰ Cancellation, Reschedule & Deposits Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. Failure to do so will result in a 10% charge of the total service.
