Policy and Terms

APPOINTMENTS Book at least 3 days ahead to prevent rush and to allow me to prepare for your appoinment DEPOSIT All services require a nonrefundable $15 fee to secure your appointment LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time or $15 fee will be charged if you arrive after the 30 minute grace period CANCELLATION You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours ahead of your appointment Clear Schedule like to take my time to perfect my work so please have a clear schedule on the day of your appointment Cancellation If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours before you scheduled appointment but your deposit will be lost but if you don't cancel your appointment and just reschedule you can use the same deposit for a different date but if you fully cancel to book again you need to send a new deposit. Late Arrival Please plan to arrive on time. If you know you are running late please notify me. If you dont notify me I will give you a 30 minute grace period but if you dont arrive before the grace period is over you will be charged a $15 late fee Preparation for appointment Please come with bare nails ( no acrylic, no polish, etc.) as I DO NOT offer any soak off services. 24 hours before your appointment you are going to be sent a confirmation text to confirm your are coming to your appointment and you will also be sent the address
