Hello gorgeous, Thank you for choosing Nail Genie. As we aim to provide you with superior service, please read the following: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. ALL appointments must be accompanied by a $25 nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit (towards service) No call No show will result in an inconvenience fee of $30 (added at your next appt.) 15 mins after your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. Late Fee is an additional $20 added onto your bill. (after 15 mins) After hours appointments are additional $20 (6pm-8pm) Closed day appointments are additional $50 (Sunday -Monday)
