I am HOME-BASED, so please respect my business and my home 🫶🏽 🦋 PAYMENTS / DEPOSITS • $15 deposit required to confirm your appointment (non-refundable) • Deposit goes toward your appointment total • Remaining balance must be paid CASH ONLY (exact change) • NO REFUNDS 🦋 LATE POLICY • 10-minute grace period • After 10 minutes, a $7 late fee will be applied • After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled • No call / No show = BANNED from booking & charged 50% of service 🦋 BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT • Clean, makeup-free eyes (no mascara or residue) • Bare face only • Notify me in advance of any allergies or sensitive eyes 🦋 FILL POLICY • Fills are only accepted on lashes done by me. • If you have work from another artist, please book a full set. The address will be sent the day before your appointment. 🚫 Only the client receiving service may attend 🦋 VIP APPOINTMENTS • Extra $20 on off days • Extra $15 after hours • DM me to book VIP appointments
