Cancellation & No Refund Policy At Permanent Makeup by D.R.E., I value your time and mine. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following policies apply to all services, including permanent makeup, body sculpting (cavitation), and RF skin tightening: Appointments • All appointments must be scheduled in advance and secured with a $50 non-refundable deposit. • Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the session or the session will be counted as used if part of a prepaid package. • No-shows will be charged the full session fee or will result in forfeiture of that session if part of a package. Refund Policy • Due to the nature of all services provided, all sales are final. • No refunds will be issued for any completed services, including permanent makeup procedures or body sculpting sessions. • No refunds will be issued for prepaid packages, even if the client chooses not to complete the full series. • If a package is discontinued, completed sessions will be recalculated at the regular full price ($300 per session), and any remaining balance may be refunded accordingly. Packages (Body Sculpting & RF Skin Tightening) • Discounted packages are offered in exchange for a commitment to a series of treatments. • If a package is not completed, sessions already used will be billed at their standard rate, and any refund will reflect the adjusted total. • All packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Permanent Makeup Policy • Permanent makeup is a multi-step process that may require a follow-up touch-up session to achieve optimal results. • Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing. • Final healed results cannot be guaranteed, as pigment retention differs for each client. • Additional sessions may be required and are not included unless otherwise stated. • Strict adherence to aftercare instructions is required for best results.
