General Bookings -A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. -Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice allows you to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. -Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice requires full payment of the remaining balance. -No-shows will need to pay the full remaining balance of the appointment. Recurring Appointments -I offer a limited number of recurring appointment slots, which are first come, first served. Availability depends on my current schedule and may change over time. -A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure recurring appointments. Payment & Future Booking/Running Late -Appointments are avaliable to book online via Goldie. My calendar is open up to 2 months in advance. -I offer a 15-minute grace period for clients. Arrivals later than this will be considered a no-show, and the remaining balance will be due. A new deposit will be required for any future appointments. -Appointments are avaliable during my standard working hours. Any requests for appointments outside these hours are subject to my availability and discretion. If I agree to accommodate an out of hours appointment, a £10 surcharge will apply. -Failure to make required payments will result in the cancellation of future appointments, and deposits will not be refunded. -Payments can be made via Cash, Contactless or Bank Transfer.
