Booking and Payment Policies: Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of $25-$50 (based on booking) is required to hold your appointment outside of Ulta. This amount will be deducted from your total payment on the day of your appointment. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 2 days before the appointment start time. If the client cancels on the day of the appointment, a note will be made in their file, and a higher deposit will be required for any future bookings. Repeated cancellations will result in the client needing to pay in full for all future appointments, even before the appointment begins. Travel Fees: For appointments outside of a 20-minute radius, there will be a $5 charge per 3 miles. If the location is over an hour away, there will be an additional charge of $45 per 2 hours for travel time, covering both the drive to and from the location. Payment: Full payment is due before the appointment starts and can be made via Venmo (BeverlyRogers20), PayPal (BeverlyAR), Apple Pay, CashApp ($beverlyrogers2) or cash. These are the only accepted methods of payment. Health Protocol: Clients must notify me if they are sick or have been sick in the last two weeks. Product Usage: If a client or any member of their party uses or touches any of the makeup products without permission, the client agrees to purchase that product from me, as it will no longer be able to be sanitized or reused.
