The deposit is non refundable to ensure some cover for the time slot in the event of a no-show.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, and cancellations within 5 hours or failure to attend are charged the full appointment fee. This will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made.
