-all appointments require a 50% non refundable booking fee upon booking -no appointment is secured without a booking fee -15 minute grace period will be given for your appointment, if you are later than this your appointment will be cancelled due to insufficient time. the booking fee will be lost and the remaining 50% will need to be paid -any issues must be reported before 24hrs anytime after that is down to your aftercare and i am not liable or responsible for it -cancellations less than 48hrs before and no shows will be required to pay the remaining 50% unable to do so will result in being banned from booking until the remaining balence is paid -all deposits are non refundable -if cancelled before 48hrs the deposit can be moved to another appointment but not refunded -NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
