Policy and Terms

By booking with bylailastella, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Deposits: All bookings require a £5 non refundable deposit- this comes off your total amount and can be paid on the day of your patch test (i will contact you to arrange) Payments: Cash and bank transfer accepted. Please ensure you have the correct amount of change! Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 4 days of your appointment requires 50% off your treatment cost to be paid! Appointments cancelled within 24 hours require the full treatment amount to be paid. I cannot fill last minute appointments, this is my full time job (any problems with cancelling and paying then please let me know asap and i can see what i can do to help)
