TREATMENTS:
SWEDISH MASSAGE
60 MIN $95
90 MIN $135
120 MIN $175
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

DEEP TISSUE
60 MIN $95
90 MIN $135
120 MIN $175
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

THAI MASSAGE
$0/$0/$0
Thai massage offers a holistic approach to health by combining acupressure, assisted yoga-like stretching, and energy balancing techniques. Physically, it improves flexibility, muscle strength, posture, and circulation while alleviating chronic pain and boosting lymphatic drainage. Mentally, it reduces stress, promotes better sleep, and enhances mental clarity. This therapeutic practice is ideal for those seeking to enhance their physical health, reduce stress, and achieve overall well-being.

SPORTS MASSAGE
60 MIN $100
90 MIN $140
120 MIN $180
Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

SPORTS PACKAGE- includes 90 min full body Sports Massag. Includes Cupping, Hot Stone, Percussion Gun, Stretching, and Muscle Scrapping
$250

HOT STONE THERAPY
$15
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

CUPPING
$15
Cupping is usually integrated with deep tissue techniques for maximum results and benefits. Suction cups are used to create negative pressure (lift) on the tissue. The negative pressure pulls stagnation, toxins, and lactic acid out of the underlying tissue and brings it to skin level for ultimate detoxification. (this can leave marks on the skin)

PERCUSSION GUN
$15
Percussion therapy, is a form of massage or soft tissue manipulation that utilizes rapid and repetitive pulses or vibrations on the body’s muscles and tissues. It involves the use of a handheld device known as a massage gun that oscillates or moves back and forth at high speeds. When applied to the body, the rapid pulsations penetrate deep into the muscles, creating a tapping or percussive sensation. This pressure helps to increase blood flow and reduce inflammation.

STRETCHING
$15
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

You may think of stretching as something performed only by runners or gymnasts. But we all need to stretch in order to protect our mobility and independence.

MUSCLE SCRAPPING
$15
Muscle scrapping is a manual techniques that involve running specific tools over the body to break up muscle adhesions and tension. This technique consists of using massage tools, such as a scraping tool or blade, to gently work on tight muscles and fascia, which can improve circulation, reduce inflammation, increase mobility, and promote relaxation. Scrapping is a technique that uses a rounded tool with an edge to apply pressure and friction while moving it along the skin’s surface in slow strokes; this action helps release muscle knots by breaking down scar tissue.
