Policy and Terms

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. No-show’s are required to pay 100% of the treatment price. If you are 15 minutes late or more, I may not be able to carry out your treatment, if this is the case it will be classed as a no-show. If cancellation is 48 hours or less before your appointment time you are required to pay 50% of the treatment price. If cancellation is 24 hours or less before your appointment time you are required to pay 100% of the treatment price.
