South Lakes Injury Clinic

South Lakes Injury Clinic requires clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Clients must inform South Lakes Injury Clinic if they have been unwell within the past week or have experienced a fever in the 48 hours prior to their appointment, as certain treatments may be contraindicated during illness. All client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Full privacy notice is available on request prior to appointment and copies are provided at your appointment. By attending, clients consent to treatment and acknowledge understanding of these terms.
