To ensure the highest level of service for every client, please kindly review our salon policies below. Appointments & Deposits All appointments must be scheduled at least 1h - 24 hours in advance. A small deposit is required to secure your booking. Your appointment slot will be held for 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand unexpected situations may arise. However, for the efficiency of our schedule, cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. Late Arrivals To respect all clients’ time, arrivals of more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may lead to automatic cancellation and loss of deposit. Payments We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, PayID, Completed services are non-refundable. Service Guarantee We offer a 3 day guarantee for nail lifting, chipping, breakage, and for excessive lash shedding. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by improper aftercare, strong impact, exposure to chemicals, or self-removal. Photography We may capture photos of your nails or lashes for portfolio and social media purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, simply inform us before your service begins.
