Booking & Cancellation Policy • Permanent Makeup Tattoo & Fine Line Tattoo Appointments: A 25% deposit is required when booking and will be applied to your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no-show. However, you can transfer your deposit if you reschedule using the link provided at the time of booking. • Other Services / Treatments: No deposit is required when booking. • Cancellations & Rescheduling:  – Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.  – Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. As a small business, your understanding and cooperation mean the world to us — it helps us manage our time, keep our diary running smoothly, and continue offering you the best service possible. Payment Policy • Cash and card payments are accepted. • For card payments, a small platform processing fee (usually just a few percent) will be added to the total amount. This fee covers the exact cost charged by our payment provider for secure transactions — we don’t profit from it, and we keep it as low as possible so you can enjoy the convenience of paying by card without us increasing our service prices.
