Deposit - A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment which will be deducted from the outstanding total of you chosen service.The remainder must be paid by cash on the day of your appointment, so please have the correct amount, as change will not be available. Late policy - Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 5 minute grace period will be applied, however after 10 minutes your appoinment may be cancelled and you will still be charged Cancellation and rescheduling - If you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment please do so 48 hours or more, prior to your appointment. If you reschedule your deposit will be transferred for use on new date. If you do not reschedule before hand you'll need to book another appointment with a new deposit. (You may only reschedule twice). Deposits will not be refunded if appointment is cancelled. Failure to notify me will be classed as a no show and you will be blacklisted from my services until you pay the remaining amount from your initial booking No refunds - There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. If you experience an issue with your lashes or brows, you will have 48 hours to contact me and to make arrangements to resolve it at the earliest convenience and I will not be held liable for fault/ contact outwith this timeframe. - This may incur a charge due to the type of fault it is. Reporting faults after 48 hours = full repair charge. Extra info - I do not infill sets done by other techs. Please arrive to appointments with clean lashes/brows/nails (no makeup, moisturiser, mascara, lash glue etc) to ensure the best results. Please dont be shy to let me know if you would prefer a silent appointment or need any other adjustments that i may be able to provide🖤
