Late arrival will result in a shorter treatment time. 🌸 If you're more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule or wait for your turn up until everyone that booked after you is attended to. 🌸 Should you not be unable to make it for your appointment, please cancel within 24hrs or at least 12hrs. 🌸 Any cancellations/reschedule/no shows made less than 12hrs will result in a total loss of the entire deposit. 🌸 All cancellations and rescheduling can be made on the booking website and whatsapp. 💳 After booking your appointment on the system, you are required to make an immediate booking payment of R100 on the below account then your appointment will be confirmed. Hi beautiful, kindly take note of our booking policy. 💕To have a smooth running appointment please take note of our attached booking policy. 💕Please send your proof of payment after making payment. 💕You're given 15 minutes grace in case you're late so please communicate in time. 💕If it happens that you reschedule, please reschedule within 7 days. Anything more than that, you will have to book a new appointment with a new booking fee. 💕Cancellations done less than 2 hours before the appointment will automatically mean that the booking fee has been forfeited. 💕 Wig Installation does not include cornrows and Wig washing.
