Policy and Terms
• Deposit: Required to book; refundable if canceled 48 hrs in advance. • Cancellations: Must be made 48 hrs prior. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposit. • Late Policy: 10–15 min grace period; later arrivals may be rescheduled. • Shampoo: Included with every service. • Silk Press: Temporary; hair may revert due to moisture, humidity, or washing. Ensure proper home care. • Refunds: Services are non-refundable (except as noted for deposits).
