Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To provide the best experience for all clients, appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Package appointments that are missed without notice will be deducted as one completed session.
• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
