Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Come prepared with clean lashes and no makeup. Lashes that have not been cleaned may require a lash bath fee, or need to be rescheduled. Appointment no-shows will be charged a $25 fee. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will have to reschedule. Clients with less than 40% of lashes left at fill appointments will be charged for a full set. These appointments may need to be rescheduled due to time restrictions. Remember to fill your lashes every 2-3 weeks! Foreign fills will have an extra $20 fee. No caffeine before your appointment. It will make your eyes flutter! Allergic reactions are possible. If you are concerned about a reaction, a patch test can be performed. No refunds will be issued, but a free removal will be offered if a reaction occurs.
