Pawrents can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours beforehand. (72 hours for busy periods e.g Summer/Christmas)

Deposits are *non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show*. However, if you reschedule your appointment within the permitted time, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

DATES/TIMES > Please make a note of the appointment in your diary > Ensure you arrive at your appointment time as late arrival may result in being refused or a reduced service offered - charges will still apply in full for the service booked. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES > Please remember, additional charges also apply for removal of large areas of matting and/or for the removal of fleas/ticks or if a longer slot is required due to challenging behaviour - discuss this with your groomer if you have any queries.
