𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐋

• For all bridal enquiries, please send a message to discuss your specific needs and requirements.

• If you are a bride, please refrain from booking any of the services listed below as bridal services are priced differently.

• In the event that the requested glam on arrival is intended for bridal purposes, please be aware that you will be charged accordingly before the glam session begins.

• Failure to comply with the policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.


𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓

• To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required for all services. Your booking will only be fully confirmed once the deposit is received.

• When making your deposit payment, please ensure to include your name as a reference. Your booking will be confirmed only after the deposit is received.

• If you are unable to pay the deposit within the next hour, please refrain from making a booking as it will be automatically canceled if the deposit is not received within the hour.

• Failure to pay the deposit within the specified time will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

•Please note that deposits paid are non refundable & non transferable but can be used to secure another future booking.

            𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 96 hours in advance. Please note that deposits paid are non-refundable, but can be used to schedule a future appointment.

•Once your appointment has been canceled, you have three days to book a new appointment. Failure to book within three days will result in the forfeiture of said deposit. A new deposit will be required for future bookings.

• A no-show will be considered a cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits cannot be used for rescheduling in case of a no-show.


            𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒

• We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment as there is an additional fee of £15 for late arrivals.

• You will have a grace period of 5 minutes where no late fee will be charged. However, any lateness beyond that will result in either paying the late fee or the cancellation of your appointment.

• If you arrive more than an hour late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.


𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐔𝐌 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

• Bookings made outside of our regular working hours are considered premium appointments. For a Studio service, there will be an additional £25 charge, and for Home Service, there will be an additional £30 charge.

•Sunday Appointments are also considered premium slots and will require
additional £25 for Studio Services and £30 for Travel Service.

• Outside of work hours, for the purpose of this policy, refers to bookings scheduled before 9am and after 5pm for regular periods, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New year.


      𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

• During your appointment, I may take pictures and videos for social media purposes, so please ensure you are ready to be photographed.

•Additional guests without appointments are not allowed.

• Prior to your appointment, please ensure your brows are groomed, whether through carving, threading, shaving, or waxing, to save time for both of us. If your brows needs to be groomed, there will be an additional charge of £5.

• The prices for these services are fixed regardless of whether you use our lashes or provide your own.
