Deposits are non-refundable in cases of missed appointments and cancellations. No shows and cancellations with under 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of the full cost of the appointment, as we will be unable fill the appointment with such short notice. Cancellations between and 48 hours notice require a cancellation fee of half the cost of the appointment.
