You can reschedule 1 time, no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. CANCELLATIONS/LATENESS There is an 8 minute grace period. If I am able to accommodate you I will. However, if I do not have extra time to accommodate you past the grace period & your appointment has to be cancelled due to tardiness, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged. Canceling less than 24 hours prior will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price booked. No call-No show will be charged the remaining service balance in full. All forms of cancellation fee's also pair with the forfeit of your deposit, which cannot be used toward any future services.
