My personal fav. 2 hours allows me to really tackle a particular area that has been trouble for too long. This is a full body massage generally using deep tissue techniques for trigger points and some stretching for Myofascial Release. Used for chronic pain, Improved relaxation to relieve stress, decrease inflammation, and also provides that "Hurt so good" sensation. Also includes theragun with hot/warm towels to back and feet.
