As a bodybuilder he knows exactly what to do to help alleviate my tightness from posing and tissue stress.

Matthias was great, helped me with my shoulder injury and gave me tips on what to do to help it get better. Highly recommend

Amazing job. Always answers any questions I might have. Takes is time to assess and approaches the problem areas accordingly. Highly recommended.

Man definitely knows what he is doing and talking about! 10/10 will definitely go again!

Great help. Immediate relief and increased mobility.
I will for sure be back.

i booked a first-time assessment and ended up getting custom work done tailored specifically to my body and what i needed. this was my first time ever getting a full assessment like this, and i was honestly so impressed. the session was thorough from the start, he really took the time to assess my mobility and pinpoint exactly where my pain and tightness were coming from. nothing felt rushed or generic!

Came in with a list of problematic areas and Matt assessed all of them. He attended to all areas and I left with a better understanding of what I’m missing. Additionally, he recommended some movements to address and improve said areas.

Matthias is an absolute professional who clearly knows what he’s doing. His depth of knowledge shows in every step, and he delivers results with confidence and precision. It’s rare to work with someone so competent, reliable, and effective. Highly recommended to anyone.

The knowledge of the body and trigger points, combined with key exercises, was truly impressive.

I cant and wont be able to say enough, but anyone active or not, needs these. Longevity is wear it matters, I was shocked on how well knowledge and communicative Matthias is. I can honestly say I will be coming back and will continue to take care of myself. DO NOT HESITATE to book. Your body will thank you. 5 Stars isnt enough. Solid 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
