The Lash Project

All treatments require 50% Booking Deposit. This is to secure my undivided attention to you during your appointment which will not be confirmed until a booking deposit has been received. The 50% will be deducted from the treatment balance on the day and is transferable with 48 hours notice. 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment, Otherwise the booking deposit will not be refunded nor valid for rebooking. If I receive less than 24 hours notice you will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatments will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatments as booked will remain payable upon departure. Please arrive to your appointment on time. Any early or late arrivals may cause disruption to my schedule. Under no circumstances will clients guests be allowed in the treatment room during a treatment. Please do not bring your children, family or friends with you to your appointment. I do not have a waiting area to accommodate any third party guests. Treatments are to be carried out at customers own risk. Any issues post treatment must be reported to The Lash Project within 24 hours of the issue starting. Any issues must then be seen to by The Lash Project to determine the cause of such issue and the course of action to be taken. Failure to report within 24 hours of issue starting and failure to be investigated by The Lash Project then The Lash Project can not be liable. Allergies are an unknown variable and can happen at any point of time. All clients must follow the aftercare given to them by their Lash Technician. It is very easy for a technician to tell whether aftercare has been followed or not. We have the right to refuse further treatments if aftercare is not being followed properly. This is for your own eye health and safety. Retention may be compromised if a client starts taking, changes or is currently on medication. Please be aware of this before you book your appointment. The Lash Project will not be liable for any retention issues if such client is taking medication of any sort. Refunds are not given for services rendered. No refund or partial refunds will be given out at any point. I am highly trained and have used my time, product & skills to complete a professional treatment. Please research eyelash extensions extensively before booking treatment.
