Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Terms and Conditions. ~ SCHEDULING DISCALIMER ~ We need your cooperation to avoid double bookings, lets set realistic timeslots together that will take effective consideration of those waiting in line behind you. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. 1. If you "postpone" the appointment / walk in number [given/agreed] upon follow up confirmation $15.00 BDS additional will be due to facilitate any inconveniences caused by postponing/rescheduling other customers for your timeslot to be held. If you don't postpone within 48 to 24 hours minimum. 2. If you "cancel" the appointment / walk in number [given/agreed] upon follow up confirmation $25.00 BDS additional will be due to facilitate any inconveniences caused by posting/rescheduling other customers for your timeslot to be held. If you don't cancel within 48 to 24 hours minimum. 3. If you "reschedule" the appointment / walk in number [given/agreed] upon follow up confirmation $5.00 BDS additional will be due to facilitate any inconveniences caused by postponing/rescheduling other customers for your timeslot to be held. If you don't reschedule within 48 to 24 hours minimum. 4. If we "postpone, reschedule or cancel" your appointment / walk in, we will refund you in full or in part if needed or applicable.

A MINIMUM OF 10 PERSONS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK THIS SERVICE. Have no fear, the physical health check you need is here to stay, for the elderly, special needs children and adults, as well as persons with chronic illnesses, like diabetes, cancer, lupus etc.
