FITTING POLICY Fitting Fee OF $2500 IS APPLICABLE Fitting Fee is non refundable and is payable upon booking the appointment on our website. Appointment will be cancelled after 3 hours, if payment is not made. Photos and Videos are allowed including Video Calls. Please be on time for your appointment. Ten (10) minutes grace period given. On the Day Wedding Coordination

Wedding Day Management · Complete Wedding Day Management for 8 hours · Assist with the execution of all wedding day activities. · Detailed Ceremony & Reception schedule · Supervise room set up & layout on the Day · Liaison with Pastor, Ushers & Event MC · Ensure that all service providers have fulfilled their service contract · Assist wedding party with the processional and recessional on the day only · Provide assistant coordinator(s) as necessary (conditions apply) · Assist staff/vendor with minimal assistance and provide directions where needed. · With this package all vendors must be booked and confirm. Booking vendors before day of is not included.
