“I had such a positive experience while at The Sapphire Lounge! I went in for a double nose piercing, and throughout it all I was comfortable and informed. I was shown the expiration date of the needles, guided through the process, and told about each step — no matter how minor. When I said I felt faint toward the end, I was immediately given water and a snack. Will be coming back here for future piercings, wonderful experience!”
