Hey girls,

These are all of my available appointments up to 2 months in advance, if you cannot find the appointment you’d like keep an eye out on my instagram stories for any cancellations.

 *PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT SOAK OFF OR INFILL OTHER PEOPLES WORK*

A £10 non refundable deposit is required per service when booking to secure your appointment so if you don’t have my bank details already please DM @thenailcabin__ and I will send them over to you.

Deposits are non refundable however if you cancel with 48 hrs notice your deposit can be transferred to another date.

Please note your appointment will not be confirmed until you have sent the deposit and if I do not receive it within 48hrs your appointment will be declined and you will need to rebook.

I do not soak off other nail techs work so please come with bare nails.
You must be 16 or over to have your nails done 
Any infills that have been on over 4 weeks will be charged as a full set not an infill.

*PLEASE NOTE PRICES WILL CHANGE FROM THE 1ST OF NOVEMBER*

• To book an appointment with me a £10 non refundable booking fee is required this will then be deducted of the final price of your nails. 

• If you are more than 5-10 minutes late I may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment meaning you will loose your booking fee. 

• If you do not show up to your appointment you will loose your booking fee and you will be blocked from booking again. 

• If you are not booked in for a soak off or infills please do not come to your appointment with anything on your nails as I may have to turn you away. 

• Booking fees must be pain within 24 hours of you booking an appointment or your appointment will be declined and offered to someone else. 

• Please come alone to your appointments. 

• If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so with 48 hours notice to avoid loosing your booking fee. 

• If you are rescheduling your appointment it must be within 2 weeks of your original appointment. 

• Booking fees must be paid via bank transfer with your first and last name as the reference. 

• On the day of your appointment the remaining amount can be paid via bank transfer or cash. 

• If you are unsure how much is left to pay you are more than welcome to message me  and I will let you know. 

• Infills must be booked every 2-4 weeks. If you go over 4 weeks you will be charged for  a full set. 

• Please be aware if you are going over 4 weeks for your infills you may need a soak off and new set which mean I may need to reschedule if I don’t have enough time. 

• If you can not find an appointment that fits into your schedule I offer out of hours appointment so if you’d like to book in after 5:30pm just give me a message and I’ll try my best to squeeze you in.
