Booking Policy | The Brow Secret Polite Reminder Please take a moment to review my booking policy. I deeply appreciate all my clients and want to ensure clear communication regarding cancellations or rescheduling. Due to the nature of my business and associated costs, I must adhere consistently to this policy. Thank you for your understanding! Appointments Many of my clients book two to three appointments in advance, which means my schedule can fill up quickly. To accommodate this, I have introduced a cancellation list. If you’re unable to find a suitable date, please let me know, and I’ll add you to the list to notify you of any openings. Rescheduling Your Appointment • 72 Hours: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Your deposit will be transferred to your next booking. • 48 Hours: If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you’ll be required to pay a new deposit to secure your next booking. • 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will require full payment of the appointment cost before booking your next session.
