Policy and Terms

For SAME DAY appointments, call or text: (910) 520-8264 Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment will result in 50% charge of the service to the card on file. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
