My clients should be aware of any cuts or abrasions on their hands or feet and informed me before any service. Do not let your phone be a problem during your appointment! Or I will have to ask you to leave. $10 nonrefundable deposits are to be made before appointment can be booked. No cash deposits. I ask that you do not book if you are sick! If you happen to have an appointment and you get sick, please message me to reschedule. To ensure I can provide the best possible experience for all of my clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. In the unfortunate event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, I will be unable to offer you services at my salon in the future, and a $30 no-show fee will also be required. I give a 10 minute grace period, if you come later, then you're 10 minute grace period. You will be charged $10 extra. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled. Along with paying a fee of $15. A fill in is only if you have less than three nails missing. If you have more than three nails missing, you will be charged as a full set. Nail fixes after three days is $5 per nail. If anything breaks, cracks, chips, or anything before the three days the fix is free. You must come with bare nails unless you were getting a soak off no press on nails allowed If you bring anything to snack on or drink, please be sure to pick up after yourself.
