I card on file is required upon booking. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Cancellations made less the 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled A 15 mins grace period is given for every appointment. Please notify if you’re running late. If you are pasted the grace period with no communication. You will be marked as a show no and will be charged 60% of the services booked.
