Policy and Terms

A non refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Cancellations made less the 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled. A 10 mins grace period is given for every appointment. Please notify if you’re running late. Last grace period = no show fee. No shows, will be charged 60% of the services booked. Bookings are limited at this time and will closed in April for maternity leave. If a date or time does not work for you please contact me with a request. Tatum Beauty reserves the right to amend these policies as necessary. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
