1. Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.


2. Lateness Policy

If you are late by 10 to 30 minutes, the technician reserves the right to adjust the service to fit the remaining time.

If you are 30 minutes late or more, the appointment will be canceled. This also applies to no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.



3. Complaints and Issues

Clients have 10 days to submit any complaints or issues regarding products or services in writing.

After the 10-day period, addressing the matter is at the technician's discretion.



4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided. If an issue arises within 10 days, a free appointment will be arranged to resolve the problem.



5. Age Limit

Services are not available to clients under the age of 16 years.


Manicure Aftercare Prescription

1. Immediate Aftercare

•Avoid water exposure for 2-4 hours: Allow polish or nail enhancements to fully set.

•Be gentle with your nails: Avoid activities that might chip or stress the nails, such as opening cans or using nails as tools.

•Use gloves when handling raw meat or spices for the first 24 hours after your manicure.


2. Daily Maintenance

•Apply cuticle oil: Use a nourishing cuticle oil (e.g., jojoba or vitamin E oil) daily to keep the cuticles hydrated.

•Moisturize hands and nails: Use a hand cream or lotion regularly to prevent dryness.


3. Protection Tips

•Wear gloves: Protect nails when doing household chores, especially when using cleaning products or immersing hands in water.

•Avoid acetone-based removers: Use gentle, acetone-free polish removers to minimize damage.


4. Avoiding Nail Damage

•Don’t bite or pick at nails: This can weaken them and lead to chipping or infections.

•File nails regularly: Use a fine-grit nail file to maintain shape and prevent splitting.


5. Nail Polish/Enhancements Care

•Avoid peeling gel polish: Let a professional remove gel or acrylic nails to prevent damage to the natural nail.

•Touch-ups as needed: Schedule regular maintenance for nail enhancements to keep them in good condition.

6. Warning Signs

•Watch for any signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, or pain. If these occur, consult a professional immediately.
