Policy and Terms
Hello, thank you for stopping by. PLEASE READ ALL CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. ‼️‼️‼️ Special for the remainder of 2025🤗 $55.00 for: All size Braids, Faux, soft, and butterfly locs FULL SERVICE ONLY!! 📌📌Full Services includes: Take down, comb out, shampooing, conditioner, blow dry, steam press, and oil/grease scalp. Must book for FULL SERVICE TO RECEIVE SPECIAL!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! 📌📌If you bring your own shampoo and conditioner a $10 fee will be added to services📌📌 📌📌SPECIAL RUNS UNTIL FRIDAY DECEMBER 19, 2025 ‼️‼️‼️ Children services ages are 6-12 over 12 will be adult prices. Children are NOT to BE LEFT ALONE!!! Parent, guardian or responsible adult over the age of 21 years old is to accompany children between the ages of 6-12. Please come Ready to sit in the chair. 🚙Travel will require a $25 travel fee that must be paid BEFORE travel (depending on location)………. Deposit STILL REQUIRED. If travel is needed please be sure to mention it in the message/comment section. If not mentioned, deposit is NOT REFUNDED…🚙 Booking will NOT be approved without the deposit. If you are ill/sick, have a cough (big or small) have a runny nose PLEASE DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU ARE BETTER!!! If you come with ANY SYMPTOMS OR SIGNS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE, DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDED AND YOU WILL have to reschedule!!!!! A $20 Non-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT which goes towards your service. Please be mindful when booking of services as some may take a little longer than others. LATE POLICY: PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!!!!!!!! If you are more than 7 minutes late you will have to reschedule, pay another deposit before booking is approved. NO CALL\NO SHOW: DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! As a reminder, deposits are NONE REFUNDABLE but go towards balance of service.
