Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and appointments not canceled before the 24 hour window.

I reserve the right to deny or cancel a mobile appointment if I don’t feel safe. I will not travel to remote or rural areas, even if technically considered “Rapid City.” Deposit will not be refunded if I’ve already driven all the way out to you (see 48 hours policy), so please keep this in mind before booking if your site fits this criteria.
Please note: I may move your appointment by up to 15 minutes depending on necessary drive time, so please be sure to check for changes once accepted.

Please include your address in the notes at the time of booking so I can determine whether I can take your appointment. I will deny if address is not included. Message me on Instagram or via email before booking if you are unsure!

*All spray tan parties must be mobile/on site (in home or at venue [hotel, etc.] at this time as I’m not in a permanent studio yet.
***I will accept appointments that start no later than 8pm for 2 hour parties.***
Deposit is non refundable if party is cancelled less than 72 hours before the party date. The deposit blocks off 2 hours for your party, so please make sure everyone is able to arrive on time. Spray tan party guests may pay their own balance or the host may pay for the total cost of the party (or any combination, but please have this figured out ahead of time to ensure things run smoothly and on time.) Price will vary depending on the actual number of spray tans purchased at the party. (See services menu.) No alcohol permitted for in-studio spray tan parties, however you may choose to host your party at a residence or venue (ie: hotel) inside Rapid City limits. Please make sure you have ample space for spray tanning as well as changing.
