Cancellations & Rescheduling • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings. No-Show Policy • Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit. • Clients who no-show may be required to prepay in full before booking again.
