• Appointments only all services must be booked in advance
• Deposits are required to secure your spot (non-refundable, goes toward total)
• Cancellations & reschedules must be made 24 hours before your appointment time
• Late policy: 15-minute grace period ⏰ after that, a late fee may apply. 25+ minutes = cancellation
•service price & may be blocked from rebooking
• Hair prep: please arrive with clean, dry hair (no oils or products unless discussed)
• Wig services: wigs must be dropped off 24–48 hours prior for customization unless approved for same-day
• No extra guests unless approved beforehand
• Payments: remaining balance is due after service
• All services are non-refundable
• Photos/videos may be taken for content unless you let me know otherwise 📸✨
