But there’s also a great deal of passion that goes into the art of making women feel confident & beautiful. This is my intention for each person that allows me to become the “artist” for their hair inspirations.

Late Policy - There will be a 15 minute grace period effective for those that book with the stylist, however, if there’s no communication, or an excessive amount of time passes from the scheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled. Rescheduling is an option, however, in the instance of significant reoccurrences, the stylist has the right to deny the client from scheduling again. 

Cancellation Policy - This is a 3 strike basis. If the client doesn’t cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment, they will be charged a rescheduling fee for 10% of the service. If the client cancels at the last minute, 3 times, the stylist has the right to no longer allow the client to reschedule. Under certain circumstances, the stylist understands that canceling a hair appointment is low on the list of priorities, so those circumstances don’t apply to this policy. 

No Call/No Show Policy - There is a 15 minute grace period in effect for those that book with the stylist. If I do not hear from or see the client within that time frame, it is considered a ‘No Show”. If the offense occurs again, the client will no longer be able to book with me. Under certain circumstances, the stylist understands that canceling or rescheduling a hair appointment is a low or non-existent priority, so those circumstances don’t apply to this policy.
