Please Read Everything Below. Last Minute Cancellation, Reschedules & No-Show Policy: To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will incur a 50% charge. Being over 5 minutes late with no notice can qualify you as a no show. Being 10 or more minutes late may qualify you as a last minute cancellation or no show. This policy helps me keep my schedule running smoothly and allows other clients the opportunity to book. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
